Directions

• Take 7 micronutrient tablets throughout the day on an empty stomach 1 hour before a meal or 3 hours after a meal with plenty of cold liquid. The tablets are coated with an enteric coating and can be halved at the break notch.
• Our tip: 3 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets in the evening.
