Directions for use

• Take 7 micronutrient tablets spread throughout the day on an empty stomach, either 1 hour before a meal or 3 hours after a meal, with plenty of cold liquid. The tablets have an enteric coating and can be halved along the score line.
• Our tip: Take 3 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets in the evening.
