Directions for use

Start approximately 6 weeks before the due date. Pour ¼ litre of water over one heaped teaspoon of the herb. Drink one cup of freshly brewed tea twice a day. Cover the herbs and allow them to infuse for 10 minutes at a lower temperature than usual (60 to 65 °C).
