The hello, I am frankincense extract capsules are a dietary supplement with frankincense, lat. boswellia serrata. Supports the normal function of e.g. joints, cartilage, lungs and the digestive system.

Frankincense was a precious gift in ancient times. The Bible already mentions the use of the valuable tree resin, which was also later used in the church for incense. Incense has an antibacterial effect, which helped to prevent the transmission of diseases in the Middle Ages.

Modern science shows that boswellic acids have an anti-inflammatory effect and can therefore have many positive effects. The daily intake of frankincense is favoured above all in the advanced stages of life, as these effects are permanent and noticeable. In addition, they do not impair the metabolism or digestion like other common medicinal preparations.

The frankincense resins we use come from natural wild collection.
