Hafesan Rheumaklin capsules are a foodstuff for special medical purposes (balanced diet). For the dietary management of rheumatic and inflammatory joint conditions.
It has long been known that omega-3 fatty acids have a beneficial effect when taken in sufficient quantities. Hafesan Rheumaklin Capsules use high-quality fish oil concentrate with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids.
The frankincense extract used in Hafesan Rheumaklin capsules contains a particularly high proportion of active boswellic acids.

Directions for use
- Take 2 capsules daily in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, whole with sufficient liquid, with a meal.
- Notes: Do not take during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Fish oil concentrate, gelatine (from beef), soya oil, humectant glycerine, hydrogenated soya oil, Boswellia serrata extract, colouring agent calcium carbonate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate. Colourings: yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, copper-containing chlorophyllin complexes.
- Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): Energy 24 kcal / 98 kJ, Fat 2.25 g of which saturated fatty acids 0.29 g monounsaturated fatty acids 0.20 g polyunsaturated fatty acids of which 1.75 g at least omega-3 fatty acids 1140.0 mg EPA 765 mg DHA 135–285 mg, Carbohydrates 0.37 g, of which sugars < 0.03 g, Protein 0.62 g, Salt < 0.01 g, Vitamin E 30.0 mg = 250 % NRV*, Boswellia serrata extract (frankincense) 180.0 mg, Fish oil concentrate 1500.0 mg, BE 0.03.
