Hafesan Rheumaklin capsules are a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). For the dietary treatment of rheumatic and inflammatory complaints of the joints.
It has been known for some time that omega-3 fatty acids have a positive effect when taken in sufficient quantities. High-quality fish oil concentrate with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids is used for hafesan Rheumaklin capsules. The frankincense extract used for hafesan Rheumaklin capsules contains a particularly high proportion of effective boswellic acids.

How to use
- Take 2 capsules daily in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening unchewed with sufficient liquid with a meal
- Advice: Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Fish oil concentrate, gelatine (from beef), soya oil, humectant glycerine, hydrogenated soya oil, Boswellia serrata extract, colouring agent calcium carbonate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate. Colouring: iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black, copper-containing complexes of chlorophyllins
- Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): Energy 24 kcal/ 98 kJ, fat 2.25 g of which saturated fatty acids 0.29 g monounsaturated fatty acids 0.20 g polyunsaturated fatty acids of which 1.75 g min. Omega-3 fatty acids 1140.0 mg EPA 765 mg DHA 135-285 mg, carbohydrates 0.37 g of which sugar < 0.03 g, protein 0.62 g, salt < 0.01 g, vitamin E 30.0 mg = 250 % NRV*, Boswellia serrata extract (frankincense) 180.0 mg, fish oil concentrate 1500.0 mg, BE 0.03.
