Interactions: Do not mix with cleaning agents or disinfectants that have not been approved for mixing with gigasept® FF (new). If gigasept® FF (new) comes into contact with amine-containing application solutions, precipitation and irreversible discolouration may occur, e.g. if amine-containing cleaning agents are used in pre-cleaning and insufficient rinsing has taken place. Our customer service will be happy to advise you on compatible process chemicals.

Storage: Do not store above 25 °C for longer periods. Do not use the product after the expiry date.

Application

For professional use only. gigasept® FF (new) is a concentrate and is diluted with cold water to the desired application concentration. Application example: 1 litre of a 6 % working solution corresponds to 940 ml water and 60 ml gigasept® FF (new). Place endoscopes and instruments to be reprocessed in the gigasept® FF (new) solution. Ensure complete wetting, even with hollow-body instruments, and allow to take effect. After disinfection, rinse/rinse the instruments thoroughly with water of at least drinking water quality, preferably with sterile distilled or demineralised water, to completely remove any residues of the solution. Please observe the instrument manufacturer's reprocessing recommendations. 7 days is the recommended shelf life if the application solution is used exclusively for disinfecting previously cleaned instruments. If contamination is visible, the disinfectant solution must be renewed. gigasept® FF (new) is not only suitable for manual endoscope and instrument reprocessing, but also for semi-automatic machines that work in a circulation process at room temperature.
