How to use
- Spread frei öl® FigurÖl on the thigh. Begin the massage above the knee and take the skin of the thigh between thumb and forefinger. Then gently pluck it away from the muscles.
- Spread some oil on the bent leg and rub it in with light, even pressure, starting at the knee and working up the thighs to the buttocks. Always massage towards the heart.
- Spread some free oil® figure oil on your stomach and circle your navel alternately to the left and right with the palms of your hands. Finally, gently pluck the abdominal tissue.
- Important note: Do not use on the breasts while breastfeeding.
