Directions for use

Recommended use of Formoline Intervall 5:2 combination pack:

• Meal days - formoline L112: Take 2 tablets with 1 to 2 glasses of water with each of the two meals containing the most fat.
• Fasting days - formoline mannan: Take 2 capsules with 1 to 2 glasses of water about 30 minutes before each of the three small meals (approx. 200 kcal each).

Important information formoline L112 (80 tablets): General information - Lipid binder for weight reduction and weight control with LDL cholesterol-lowering accompanying effect. Class III medical device labelled CE 0123 for the treatment of overweight and obesity. The product is intended for adults with a body mass index (BMI) over 25 in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet.

Important information formoline mannan (60 capsules): General information - Natural dietary fibre with a satiety effect - as a dietary supplement to combat obesity. Konjac mannan contributes to weight loss as part of a low-calorie diet. Daily dose: 3 portions = 3 g konjac mannan

• Ingredients formoline L112: Active dietary fibre polyglucosamine L112 (73 %): Specification L112 of ß-1,4-polymer of D-glucosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine from crustacean shell Excipients: ascorbic acid, tartaric acid, tableting aids (vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose, sodium sulphate, silicon dioxide).
• Ingredients formoline mannan: konjac mannan (65 %), maize starch; capsule shell gelatine. formoline mannan contains no flavour enhancers or preservatives, free from lactose, cholesterol, gluten and milk protein, suitable for diabetics (no BE credit).
