Directions for use
- Day 1-3: Dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) in the morning and in the evening and drink the effervescent drink.
- From day 4: Reduce the dose to 1 sachet daily, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
- To do this, first empty the contents of the sachet into a glass, then pour in water and stir.
- Advice: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. ffMay have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
