How to use
- Allow the tea bag to infuse in 200 ml of hot water (80 - 90°C) for at least 3 minutes before drinking the tea.
- Notes: Contains liquorice. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. Consumption of easysleep® sleep tea is not recommended for people with liver or kidney disorders or autoimmune diseases. People taking sleeping pills, tranquillisers, antidepressants and psoriasis medication should not consume easysleep sleep tea. You should not drink easysleep sleep tea if you are hypersensitive to one or more of the ingredients of easysleep® sleep tea. Children under 12 years of age and pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take easysleep sleep tea.
