• Adults and children aged 12 and over: take 1 film-coated tablet approx. 30 minutes before going to bed with plenty of water.
• Advice: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. easysleep intense may produce the desired result the first time you take it, but it may also be necessary to take it several times. Caution: This dietary supplement may impair your ability to react and your ability to drive. If you have consumed large amounts of easysleep intense in a short period of time, you should contact a doctor. Temporary headaches and mild gastrointestinal symptoms may occur when taking easysleep intense. The simultaneous intake of sedatives and sleeping pills as well as alcohol consumption is not recommended. Children under the age of 12 should not take easysleep intense. Consumption during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended

• Composition per daily dose (1 film-coated tablet): Valerian d.e. (Valeriana officinalis L., root, maltodextrins) 200 mg, hops d.e. (Humulus Lupulus L., flowers, maltodextrins) 200 mg, melatonin 1.9 mg.
