Avitale Melatonin 1.9 mg Depot Tablets are a dietary supplement containing 1.9 mg melatonin. Depot tablets with prolonged release of the active ingredient. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep*.

Avitale MELATONIN DEPOT 1.9 MG contains 1.9 mg melatonin per tablet. The preparation releases the active ingredient melatonin at different times throughout the night. This helps the body to fall asleep more quickly.

Sufficient and restful sleep is enormously important for physical and mental regeneration. However, difficulties falling asleep or staying asleep can often disrupt the usual sleep rhythm.

Melatonin is a neurohormone that is increasingly produced by the body with the onset of darkness and released into the blood in higher quantities. It thus promotes falling asleep. In daylight, the release of melatonin decreases again and the person wakes up. How to use

• Take 1 tablet once a day shortly before going to bed with a little water and swallow. The ingredients of the depot tablets are released into the body over a longer period of time.
• Advice: Pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as women who wish to have children are advised to consult their doctor. The same applies to long-term use and for people taking medication. The product is not suitable for persons with impaired liver and/or kidney function or persons suffering from an autoimmune disease or epilepsy. People who have an increased risk of type 2 diabetes should only take the product after consulting a doctor. Please only take before going to bed, not before operating machinery or driving. Do not take with alcohol. Only suitable for people aged 18 and over.
