- Many indigenous peoples have been using ear candles for centuries to alleviate illnesses in the head area, to cleanse the sinuses and ear area and to practise regular ear hygiene in a relaxed manner. The suction effect equalises the pressure in the ears - toxins and excess earwax are removed.

How to use
- The candle is used in a comfortable lateral position. Have the candle lit by a second person who also ensures that the candle is in a vertical position. Burn about 2/3 of the candle and extinguish the rest (approx. 6 - 7 cm) in a glass of water provided. Then clean the ear with a cotton bud. Repeat the same procedure on the second ear. Repeat once a day for a week.
- Tip: Always treat both ears.
- It is advisable to carry out the application with a second person.
- Take care of your hair - place a cloth around your ear to protect your hair during application.
- Please (or the second person) ensure that the ear candle is held exactly vertically to ensure that it burns evenly (risk of dripping).
