doc nature's Arnica Roll-On is a concentrated product with 50% arnica montana from arnica flower extract and arnica floral water. The formula also contains natural menthol and 4 essential oils of peppermint, rosemary, tea tree and thyme.

Apply several times a day as required. Place the massage roller on the muscles in the shoulders or neck. Apply light pressure and circular movements to slightly tense points, which you can treat intensively . Loosens tense musclesby massaging in with the roll-on ball.
