Directions for use
- Please read the important information first! Use the spray in the shower or bath. Do not shake the can. The hair to be removed should be 3–8 mm long. Spray onto dry or slightly damp skin from a distance of approx. 5–10 cm. Ensure that all areas to be treated are completely covered. There is no need to apply a thick layer. When removing hair from the chest, please avoid the nipples. Leave the foam to work for 4–5 minutes and check whether the hair can already be removed with the sponge. The application time depends on the thickness and texture of the hair.
- If the hair does not come away, leave the product on for a further 2–3 minutes. However, the maximum application time is 8 minutes. After hair removal, rinse the skin thoroughly with water. For underarm hair removal, please spray a small amount into the palm of your hand and spread it evenly. Then rinse your hands immediately. It is recommended to use a soothing, alcohol-free cream after application.
- Follow the instructions for use. Never apply to irritated, inflamed or broken skin, and do not use if you have previously experienced allergic reactions to hair removal products. This product is not suitable for use on the face, scalp, or the anal and genital areas. It is recommended that you carry out a sensitivity test on a small area of skin before first use. If no irritation occurs within 24 hours, the Depilan hair removal spray can be used. If you experience a burning sensation during hair removal, rinse the foam off thoroughly immediately.
- Warning: there is a risk of slipping in the shower or bath. Even if a sensitivity test has been carried out, in rare cases those with sensitive skin may experience a burning sensation, redness or irritation. If the burning sensation persists, consult a doctor. Do not use any alcohol-based lotions, soaps or deodorants immediately after application. If you are taking any medication that may affect the skin, or if you have a skin condition, please consult a doctor before use. Never spray onto the face and generally avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. In the event of contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wait at least 72 hours before using again. Contains alkali and thioglycolic acid salts. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not store above room temperature. The container is pressurised. Protect from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C. Inhalation of the contents may be harmful to health.
