Special instructions

Always read the label and product information before use. When disinfecting impressions with the product, particular attention should be paid to compliance with the specified application concentration and the specified contact time in the immersion bath. Working with gloves is recommended. The working solution can have a bleaching effect on sensitive textiles. Keep container tightly closed. Protect from frost, heat and sunlight. Store in the original container at room temperature. Only dispose of completely empty packaging for recycling. Leftover contents can be disposed of with household waste. Ensure adequate ventilation at the place of use. Exclusively intended for use by specialised personnel. Not suitable for final disinfection of semi-critical and critical medical devices!

Application

The active ingredient system of prepared working solutions remains stable for 1 working day and thus guarantees full microbiological effectiveness over this period. The working solution should only be changed at shorter intervals in the event of heavy soiling. From a hygienic point of view and to avoid the transmission of germs and infections, dental impressions should always be disinfected in the dental practice before being sent to the dental laboratory. If the dental laboratory is unsure whether impressions have been disinfected, disinfection must always be carried out after receipt of the materials from the practice. Dosing instructions and instructions for use: Rinse impressions under running water. Dissolve 2 level measuring spoons (40 g) of dentavon® in 2 litres of water (= 2 % solution). Place impressions in the prepared solution, allow the appropriate reaction time and then rinse again under running water.
