- Turmeric (Curcuma longa) from the ginger family is known as a spice that gives curry powder its intense colour. However, turmeric root is much more than just a spice. The plant, also known as the Siamese tulip, has played an important role in Indian tradition for centuries. Substances from the rhizome of the plant are of particular importance: the curcuminoids with their lead substance curcumin.
- curcumin-Loges® arthro plus UC-II® contains the valuable ingredients of the turmeric root in a form that is particularly easy for the human organism to utilise. Following nature's example, the curcumin has been "packaged" in so-called micelles using state-of-the-art technology. The human body also produces similar micelles, for example, in order to absorb and utilise the fat-soluble vitamins from milk. Thanks to this special process, the curcumin in curcumin-Loges® arthro plus UC-II® is particularly well absorbed. Studies have shown that the so-called bioavailability of curcumin is around 185 times higher than that of a conventional extract1.
- There are many different types of collagen in mammals. If you count up all the collagens discovered by science, there are actually 19 different types of collagen. Collagen type II is primarily known as "cartilage collagen". It is the main component of fibrous cartilage, including various joints and the associated cartilage: hip, shoulder and knee joint cartilage. curcumin-Loges® arthro plus UC-II® contains the special UC-II® with a high proportion of non-denatured type II collagen, unlike ordinary collagens. Due to the special formulation, the necessary daily intake quantities are significantly reduced.

How to use
- Swallow 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid, ideally in the evening with a meal.
- Note for diabetics: 1 capsule of curcumin-Loges® arthro plus UC-II® contains < 0.5 g carbohydrates, making the preparation suitable for diabetics.

- Ingredients: emulsifier: polysorbate 80; gelatine (bovine), humectants: glycerine, sorbitol; turmeric extract, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), native collagen (collagen type II), stabiliser: potassium chloride; colour: iron oxides and iron hydroxides.
