The bronchi-soft® Klardampf® Inhalator gently and effectively loosens mucus and clears the airways – a real relief for a blocked nose and congested airways. Whether you have a cold, sinusitis or a dry cough, the bronchi-soft® treats both the symptoms and the cause in a natural and soothing way.

Advantages over conventional inhalation

• 1,000 times finer: Klardampf is a micro-fine mist at body temperature with a droplet size of 0.0005 microns, making it 1,000 times finer than that produced by previous inhalers. This guarantees complete penetration even into the deep bronchi and sinuses.
• Relief from spasms and the urge to cough through warmth: Easier breathing after just a few minutes of clear vapour inhalation. - Can be used by several people: Bacteria cannot exist in gaseous form, so there is none of the usual risk of infection associated with inhalation.
• No need for medication: The main inhalation agent is pure water, though additives can also be used.
• Even prolonged clear steam inhalation is comfortable: The treatment is generally very well tolerated.
• Easy to use: The inhalant is poured into the stainless-steel cup (measuring cup supplied). The heat is controlled using the rotary knob (bronchi-soft® Standard) or via the multifunction display (bronchi-soft® Comfort). After a short warm-up period, you will see droplets of condensation on the mouthpiece. The airflow is now warm and 100% humid, clear and free from mist.
