How to use
- Use blue®m mouth gel a maximum of 3 times a day (or as indicated by your dentist) after brushing your teeth with blue®m toothpaste and/or after rinsing with blue®m mouthwash.
- The blue®m mouth gel can be applied directly to the desired area with the tip of the tube.
- Leave the gel on for as long as possible, but no longer than 1 hour. blue®m mouth gel may be applied directly to open wounds.
