Directions for use

• Adults: Take 30 drops once a day.
• Shake the bottle well before each use so that all the ingredients are optimally distributed. The drops can be placed directly on a spoon or alternatively mixed in a little water, juice or tea (not too hot) and then drunk. Suitable for regular, preventative use.
• Note: Not recommended for people with a known allergy to bee (products). Caution: Strongly discolouring, e.g. on clothing and ceramics.
