420 g powder and 30 capsules

Directions for use

Adults: Prepare 1 scoop of 7g powder twice daily with at least 250ml water in a mini-shaker. For optimum effect, leave the drink to swell for approx. 30 minutes and shake it again before consumption. Take one capsule of the intestinal culture complex with the first drink.
