Discover the Ayurvedic power of anatis Guggul + Triphala! This traditional blend helps to balance the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and promotes well-being. Natural synergy for your daily balance.
Guggul is also known as ‘Indian myrrh’. The resin of the guggul shrub (Commiphora mukul) can be mixed with various other natural substances. With its thorns, the shrub is reminiscent of frankincense. Its yellow resin was mentioned in Ayurvedic texts as early as the 6th century. Triphala is a classic Ayurvedic formula made from the three fruits Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki.
Like guggul, triphala is said to balance the three doshas: vata, pitta and kapha. The formula uses triphala powder rather than the stronger triphala extract, which is available separately in capsule form.
Guggul-Triphala is recommended if, from an Ayurvedic perspective, Guggul-Pleurotus is ‘too hot’ due to the addition of thyme. Guggul also has a warming effect and is sometimes unsuitable in cases of excessive pitta (heat).
