Discover the Ayurvedic power of anatis Guggul + Triphala! This traditional blend supports the balance of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and promotes well-being. Natural synergy for your daily balance.
Guggul is also called "Indian myrrh". The resin of the guggul bush (Commiphora mukul) can be mixed with various other natural substances. With its thorns, the shrub is reminiscent of frankincense. Its yellow resin was mentioned in Ayurvedic writings as early as the 6th century. Triphala is a classic Ayurvedic recipe made from the three fruits amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki.
Like guggul, triphala is said to balance the three doshas vata, pitta and kapha. Triphala powder is used in the recipe and not the stronger Triphala extract, which is available separately as capsules.
Guggul-Triphala is recommended if Guggul-Pleurotus is "too hot" from an Ayurvedic point of view due to the addition of thyme. Guggul is also warming and is sometimes not suitable in the case of strong pitta (heat).
