Exercise and an optimal supply of nutrients are essential for maintaining healthy cartilage and joint function. PetArtrin® provides the joints with a balanced and high-quality supply of specific nutrients, thereby preventing nutrient-related deficiency symptoms.
- The glucosamineoglycans (GAGs) chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine are important building blocks of cartilage, required for its ability to retain water and maintain elasticity.
- Omega-3 fatty acids can have a positive effect on joint metabolism in cases of osteoarthritis.
- Green-lipped mussel is rich in omega fatty acids, trace elements (zinc, copper, manganese), natural antioxidants, vitamin E and organic silicon dioxide.
- Field horsetail has a high content of organically bound silicon, which is required for the elasticity and strength of collagen fibres.
- Devil’s claw supports the body’s own regulatory processes.
- Olibanum ( Boswellia resin) provides valuable bioflavonoids.
- DL-methionine supplies the cartilage with highly bioactive sulphur.
- Vitamin E and selenium are required for the neutralisation of free radicals.
PetArtrin® is particularly suitable:

Dosage form

Directions for use
To be administered daily with feed.
For a weight of:
- Up to 10 kg: 1 measuring spoon (2 g)
- From > 10 – 20 kg: 1½ measuring spoons (3 g)
- Over 20 kg: 2 measuring spoons (4 g)
Recommended duration of use: Initially up to 3 months. It is recommended that you seek advice from a vet before use or if extending the duration of use. Due to the high trace element content, the recommended feeding amount must not be exceeded by more than double.

- Additives per kg: Nutritional additives: selenium as sodium selenite 10 mg, zinc as amino acid zinc chelate, hydrate 1,600 mg, vitamin E 10,000 mg, DL-methionine (technically pure) 20,000 mg.
- Key nutritional characteristics: Minimum content in the dry matter of total omega-3 fatty acids 3.3% and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 0.38%. Adequate vitamin E content.
