Exercise and an optimum supply of nutrients are essential for maintaining healthy cartilage and joint function. PetArtrin® provides the joints with a balanced and high-quality supply of specific nutrients and thus prevents nutritional deficiency symptoms.
- The glucosaminoglucans (GAGs) chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine are important cartilage building materials that are required for water binding capacity and elasticity.
- Omega-3 fatty acids can have a positive effect on joint metabolism in osteoarthritis.
- Green-lipped mussel is rich in omega fatty acids, trace elements (zinc, copper, manganese), natural antioxidants, vitamin E and organic silicon oxide.
- Field horsetail has a high content of organically bound silicon, which is needed for the elasticity and strength of collagen fibres.
- Devil's claw supports the body's own regulatory processes.
- Olibanum (boswellia resin) provides valuable bioflavonoids.
- DL-methionine supplies the cartilage with highly bioactive sulphur.
- Vitamin E and selenium are needed to break down free radicals.
PetArtrin® is particularly suitable:

Directions for use
For daily administration with feed.
For one weight:
- Up to 10 kg 1 scoop (2 g)
- From > 10 - 20 kg 1 1/2 scoops (3 g)
- Over 20 kg 2 measuring spoons (4 g)
Recommended feeding period: Initially up to 3 months. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before using or extending the feeding period. Due to the increased content of trace elements, the recommended feeding quantity may be doubled at most.

- Additives per kg: Nutritional additives: Selenium as sodium selenite 10 mg, zinc as amino acid zinc chelate, hydrate 1,600 mg, vitamin E 10,000 mg, DL-methionine (technically pure) 20,000 mg.
- Essential nutritional and physiological characteristics: Minimum content in dry matter of omega-3 fatty acids totalling 3.3 % and of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 0.38 %. Adequate vitamin E content.
