To reduce the risk of acidosis in dairy cows! The alfavet PansenReaktiv® bolus contains sodium bicarbonate and Levucell® SC, which provide a high buffering capacity. This dietary supplement stabilises the rumen pH quickly and reliably.

• Levucell® consists of live yeasts that stimulate the growth of fibre-utilising and lactate-degrading microorganisms in the rumen, whilst inhibiting lactate-producing bacteria. This improves fibre utilisation and stabilises the pH level. 
• Calcium stimulates rumen motility and helps to meet the increased calcium requirements during lactation. 
• Sodium bicarbonate is an effective buffer for rapidly raising the rumen pH. 
• Magnesium oxide is an acidity regulator that helps to normalise the rumen pH.
  

PansenReaktiv® bolus is a rumen stimulant designed to stabilise the rumen flora and provide rapid buffering in cases of ruminal acidosis and nutritional imbalances. The live yeast Levucell® SC promotes the growth of cellulose-degrading rumen flora and fibre utilisation. Calcium and magnesium also ensure an optimal supply of essential minerals.

Usage

• Feeding recommendation: Dairy cows: 2 boluses per animal per day.
• Recommended feeding duration: 2 days. Particularly for high-yielding cows. Feeding instructions: Particularly for high-yielding cows. The feed ration must contain a sufficiently high fibre content in relation to easily fermentable carbohydrates. The simultaneous use of various organic acids or their salts is contraindicated if the maximum permissible level for one or more of these has been reached or is close to being reached. It is recommended to seek the advice of a vet before use or before extending the feeding period.
