Properties

FeliGum® Dia contains a balanced composition of natural ingredients to regulate disturbed digestive processes.
- Pectins have a strong swelling capacity and a very high water-binding capacity. They protect and soothe the mucous membrane by forming a gel, improve the consistency of faeces and prevent excessive fluid loss. They also promote the growth of desirable bacteria (prebiotic effect) and intestinal motility.
- Prebiotic galacto-oligosaccharides serve as nutrients for the growth of the desired microorganisms in the intestine and thus contribute to the maintenance of healthy intestinal flora.
- Blueberries and blackberry leaves soothe irritation in the gastrointestinal tract.
- Bentonite is a clay mineral with strong swelling properties and high water-binding capacity.
Dosage form
Chewable drops
Application
Feed pure or with meals. During and after acute diarrhoea.
- Cats up to 3 kg 2 x daily 1 chew drop.
- Cats over 3 kg 2 x daily 2 chew drops.
The dose can be increased if necessary. While FeliGum® Dia is being administered, plenty of water should be made available for consumption at will.
Recommended feeding time according to veterinary advice. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before feeding.
Advice: FeliGum® Dia may only be fed up to 20 % of the daily ration due to the increased bentonite content. Simultaneous oral administration of macrolides should be avoided.
Ingredients
- Composition: Meat and animal by-products, sorbitol, glycerine, pregelatinised rice starch, galacto-oligosaccharides 5 %, pectin 5 %, sodium chloride, brewer's yeast, duck fat, blueberries, dried 0.5 %, blackberry leaves 0.5 %, potassium chloride.
- Analytical constituents: Crude protein 19.9 % Crude fibre 1 % Crude fat 11.2 % Crude ash 19 % Moisture 19.6 % Sodium 1.9 % Potassium 1 %.
- Additives per kg: Technological additives: bentonite 100,000 mg, antioxidant.
- Essential nutritional and physiological characteristics: High electrolyte content, easily digestible feed material.
