alfavet DermaSterol® EXEM is a dietary supplement for dogs to support skin function in cases of dermatosis and excessive hair loss. With bittersweet stalk, wild pansy and hemp oil.
Special fish oil serves as a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are necessary to maintain normal skin function. EPA and DHA in particular are required by the body to form so-called resolvins, which help to alleviate inflammation.
- Bittersweet stems and wild pansy support skin function and thus favour the alleviation of skin problems.
- Willow bark contains salicin, which is converted into salicylic acid in the body.
- Phytosterols are stored in the upper layers of the skin and thus improve the skin's barrier properties.
- Biotin and zinc are required for the development of skin, hair and claws.

Application
To be administered via the feed, for dogs weighing (1 ml = 1 pump):
- Up to 10 kg 1 ml / day.
- From > 10 - 20 kg 2 ml / day.
- Over 20 kg 3 ml / day.
Recommended feeding duration: Up to 2 months. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before using the feed or before extending its duration of use. This dietary supplement may only be fed to dogs up to 5 % of the daily ration due to the higher selenium content compared to complete feed.
Note: DermaSterol® EXEM does not contain any allergenic ingredients from milk, cereal or meat products.

- Composition: Fish oil 92.2 %, hemp oil 2 %, vegetable by-products [willow bark, bittersweet stems, wild pansy] suspended in sesame oil 0.6 % each, phytosterols 0.5 %, goldenrod 0.2 %.
- Analytical constituents: crude protein 0.1 %, crude fat 97.2 %, crude fibre 0 %, crude ash 0 %, essential fatty acids 57.7 %, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 28.1 %, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 18.9 %.
- Additives per 1000 ml: Nutritional additives: Vitamin E 10,000 mg, selenium as sodium selenite 10 mg zinc as zinc sulphate, heptahydrate 200 mg, biotin 16 mg, lecithins 10,000 mg.
- Essential nutritional characteristics: High content of essential fatty acids.
