agilomed® Joint Tablets contain the natural nutrients glucosamine and chondroitin in high concentrations in combination with nettle leaf extract, manganese and vitamin C. The joint nutrients serve to activate the cartilage metabolism and to improve the supply of nutrients to the joints.

The two joint nutrients, glucosamine and chondroitin, are natural components of joint cartilage and synovial fluid and have favourable effects on the cartilage structure as well as on pain sensation, resilience and mobility of the joints. Regular intake helps to support cartilage metabolism and the supply of nutrients to the joints. This can delay the breakdown of cartilage, improve joint mobility, support the regeneration of joint cartilage and slow down the progression of osteoarthritis.

Ingredients from the stinging nettle reduce the formation of inflammation-promoting messenger substances.

Vitamin C fulfils many functions in the human body. In particular, it acts as an important water-soluble antioxidant and protects the cells and various endogenous substances from oxidation by free radicals. In the course of collagen production, vitamin C ensures that the necessary amino acids are incorporated into the collagen fibres. Functioning collagen synthesis is important for maintaining the elasticity of bones, muscles and joints.

The trace element manganese plays a key role in the formation of cartilage and bone tissue.

Osteoarthritis is a non-inflammatory joint disease that is primarily caused by wear and tear of the joint cartilage. Cartilage abrasion leads to pain in the joints and restricted mobility. At the same time, worn cartilage and bone material can cause painful inflammation of the synovial membrane with swelling and reddening of the affected joint.

How to use

Take 1 tablet twice a day unchewed with sufficient liquid with food.
A course of treatment is recommended: An intake cycle should last at least 12 weeks and be followed by a 12-week intake-free interval.

Notes:

agilomed® is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use under medical supervision. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Do not use agilomed® Joint Tablets if you are known to be allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Close monitoring of blood glucose levels in diabetics and people with impaired glucose tolerance. People taking anticoagulant medication, so-called coumarin anticoagulants, should not take the product.
