Ingredients and effect
- Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and protects the cells from oxidative stress. Zinc contributes to a normal acid-base metabolism. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair and nails. It contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility and reproduction. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism. It also contributes to normal cognitive function.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, even during and after intensive physical activity. Vitamin C also contributes to normal energy metabolism. It contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, gums and skin. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
