How to use
- Take 3 capsules daily unchewed with plenty of water.
- Note: Do not exceed a daily dose of 800 mg epigallocatechin gallate. Should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
