Directions for use
- Take 3 capsules daily without chewing, with plenty of water.
- Notes: Do not exceed a daily dose of 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate. Do not take if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
