Zeel® tablets for animals, 100 ST

Zeel® tablets for animals are a homeopathic medicinal product. The use of this homeopathic medicinal product in the indicated areas of application is based solely on homeopathic experience.

The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug profiles. Zeel® tablets for animals are registered for use in horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs and cats.

The following indications are authorised for this medicinal product:

• Chronic degenerative joint diseases, e.g. osteoarthritis of the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow joints; spavin and navicular disease in horses; spondylosis/spondylarthrosis (osteoarthritis of the spine).

In severe forms of these conditions, clinically proven treatment is indicated.

Administration

Depending on the animal species and body weight, the daily dose is as follows:

• Horses, cattle (over 500 kg): 10 tablets 2–3 times daily
• Horses, cattle (up to 500 kg): 6–8 tablets 2–3 times daily
• Pigs: 4 tablets 2–3 times a day
• Sheep, goats: 3–4 tablets 2–3 times a day
• Large dog (over 25 kg): 3 tablets 2–3 times a day
• Medium-sized dog (15–25 kg): 2 tablets 2–3 times a day
• Small dog (up to 15 kg)
• Cat: 1 tablet 2–3 times a day
• Method of administration: To be administered orally.
• Duration of treatment:The frequency and duration of treatment are primarily determined by the principles of homeopathy and the specific clinical picture. For acute symptoms, initially administer the specified single dose every half hour to one hour for up to 2 hours, then continue with the standard dosage. For chronic conditions, the single dose should be administered at intervals of 1 to 4 days. If the condition continues to worsen or shows no improvement after 7 days, a vet should be consulted.

• Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
