Dosage form
Application
- A bath with Zechstein Magnesium Flakes is particularly suitable for relaxation, regeneration after physical exertion and for skin care.
- Full bath: Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in the bath water and only pour enough water into the bath to just cover the body in order to achieve the highest possible magnesium concentration in the bath water. Recommended bath temperature approx. 37° Celsius, bath duration 20 to 30 minutes.
- Foot bath: Dissolve 150 to 250 g Zechstein Magnesium Flakes in 5 litres of approx. 37° Celsius warm water and bathe feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Notes: Not suitable for consumption. Store in a dry place. Reseal opened packaging immediately. Keep out of the reach of children.
