Zechsal research has developed a unique product especially for athletes. The magnesium in Zechsallsport is pure and powerful and comes naturally from the famous source in Holland (genuine bischofite from the fossilised Zechstein Sea). We have combined the pure magnesium with its special properties with MSM. And not just any MSM, but OptiMSM, the original from the USA!

How to use

2 - 3 foot baths per week are recommended. Use approx. 125 g magnesium flakes and approx. 10 g MSM in approx. 4 litres of warm water for 20 minutes.
A full bath is very effective after very strenuous exercise. For this, take approx. 500 g magnesium flakes and 50 g MSM. Duration: 30 - 45 minutes.
