How to use
- Apply 15 to 20 sprays daily. Wait at least 10 minutes and then rinse off if necessary. A slight tingling sensation and a feeling of warmth are normal and a sign that the magnesium is being absorbed. Your skin will be pleasantly soft and you will feel completely relaxed.
- Tip: Warm skin (for example after showering or exertion) promotes absorption. Avoid contact with the eyes or open wounds, as this can cause a burning sensation.
- Tips: If the oil comes into direct contact with your clothing or bed linen, this can cause stains. So always allow it to soak in briefly before getting dressed or getting into bed. If using before going to bed, it is best to put on an old T-shirt or socks if you have oiled your feet.
