How to use
To replace a meal, stir 50 g of Yokebe Chocolate (4 heaped measuring spoons) into 180 ml of unsweetened, low-fat, vegan liquid (e.g. soya drink). Please always add the liquid to the shaker first and only then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. It is necessary to follow the preparation instructions.
