Indicates if you move during the measurement or if the cuff is too loose
The backlit display with extra large numbers on the Wellion WAVE design blood pressure monitor is easy to read. Your measurement result is not only displayed in numbers, but also classified according to the coloured WHO blood pressure classification. A practical traffic light system helps you to better assess the results:
- If your result is in the normal range, the marker is in the green area.
- The yellow area indicates a slightly different value, which is either lower or slightly higher than normal (high-normal).
- A blood pressure that is too high is always marked in the red area.
The Wellion WAVE design blood pressure monitor has helpful functions to support a correct measurement result. It recognises
- if you move during the measurement or if your arm is moved, both of which can lead to incorrect measurement results. Correct your posture and measure again.
- If the cuff is too loose, it will indicate this by flashing the OK symbol. You can readjust the cuff and repeat the measurement.
