The challenge with fish oil

They may contain contaminants such as heavy metals and microplastics, which could pose a risk to our health. For this reason, we have deliberately chosen the anchovy species. Sustainably wild-caught anchovies are virtually free from contaminants due to their short lifespan. The fish oil extracted is chilled immediately after catch and further purified of all impurities using our patented deep filtration process. Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and plenty of liquid. Taking the capsule with a meal improves the absorption and bioavailability of the omega-3 fatty acids in the body.

Ingredients: WHITE OMEGA® anchovy fish oil; coating agent: fish gelatine; humectant: glycerine; mixed tocopherols (vitamin E). This is a natural product containing no colourings; colour variations may therefore occur.
Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): Omega-3 fatty acids 800 mg of which EPA 400 mg of which DHA 300 mg of which other omega-3 fatty acids 100 mg.
