The Vliwaktiv® sterile activated charcoal absorbent dressing from Lohmann & Rauscher is an innovative wound dressing that absorbs odours and bacteria. It is ideal for the management of infected, suppurating wounds with an unpleasant odour.

A combination of a low-adhesive* absorbent dressing and an odour-binding wound dressing with an antibacterial effect against Gram-positive bacteria*. For the management of infected wounds and/or wounds with unpleasant odours. A skin-friendly, breathable non-woven cover promotes the transfer of exudate into the absorbent core. Provides a more comfortable experience for both the patient and the carer by reducing odour. *based on in vitro data
