Directions

Take 4 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. We recommend taking them in the morning and in the evening, or specifically to support the liver all 4 in the evening. Best taken with meals.

Ingredients

Ingredients: organic curcuma extract (1), organic curcuma powder (1), HPMC cellulose (vegetable capsule shell). (1) AT-BIO-301, non-EU agriculture.
Nutrients per daily dose (4 capsules) provides 1,600 mg of active plant substances, of which: organic curcuma extract 800 mg contains curcumin 760 mg organic, curcuma powder 800 mg contains curcumin 40 mg.
