Vitaworld Sango Coral Calcium 500 mg capsules are a food supplement containing coral powder.
Sango sea coral is a type of coral that is only found near the Japanese island of Okinawa in the South China Sea. The speciality of this coral lies in its unique ingredients: in addition to calcium and magnesium, it contains over 70 other important minerals such as boron, iron, calcium, copper, silicon and germanium. Above all, however, these substances are found in Sango coral in a form that the human body can utilise particularly effectively.
This high bioavailability of the valuable minerals distinguishes sango coral from other sources of minerals. This unique property also appears to be the reason why the inhabitants of the island of Okinawa live to an above-average age and enjoy excellent health. The island's drinking water flows through a former coral reef of this special coral species and absorbs many of its valuable minerals and trace elements. As this special drinking water is the only difference to the diet of the inhabitants of other Japanese islands, the sango sea coral is known as the fountain of youth.
The many valuable ingredients of sango coral are said to have a number of positive effects. In general, calcium contributes to normal signalling between nerve cells, the normal function of digestive enzymes and energy metabolism and is required for the maintenance of bones and teeth.
