Vitaworld DHA 220 mg capsules are a food supplement with essential omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E.
In addition to docosahexaenoic acid, or DHA for short, and eicosapentaenoic acid, or EPA for short, our product DHA 220 mg also contains natural vitamin E.
According to studies, many Central Europeans on average consume less than the recommended amount of omega-3 fatty acids in their diet. In addition, people who are physically more active than average are recommended to increase their intake of EPA and DHA. According to a statement by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), a daily dose of 250 mg DHA and EPA has a positive effect on heart function, while 250 mg DHA has a positive effect on vision and brain function.
