A combination pack of enzyme supplements. The components contained – bromelain, papain, pancreatin and rutin – are each also available as individual supplements and are used together in this combination. The formulation combines plant-based and animal-based enzyme sources in a balanced form.

Bromelain and papain are plant-derived enzymes extracted from pineapple and papaya respectively. Pancreatin is an enzyme complex of animal origin comprising several enzymatic components. Rutin is a naturally occurring flavonoid of plant origin.

The enzymes are enclosed in an enteric-coated capsule, which protects them from the acidic environment of the stomach and allows them to be released in the small intestine.

• Composition of Monozym Bromelain per daily dose (1 capsule): Pineapple extract 360 mg containing bromelain 900 GDU.
