Vismed drops 0.3ml, 60 ST

Vismed in the practical single-dose ampoule contains important electrolytes such as magnesium, calium and potassium. The medium viscosity makes it pleasant to wear and is preservative-free.

Areas of application

• For subjectively perceived feelings of dryness and other minor discomfort without disease value, as well as for burning and tired eyes caused, for example, by dust, smoke, dry heat, air-conditioned air, prolonged screen work or contact lens wear.

Properties and mode of action:

• VISMED® contains sodium hyaluronate, a natural polymer that also occurs in the structures of the human eye. The special physical characteristics of sodium hyaluronate give VISMED® its important viscoelastic and water-binding properties. VISMED® forms a stable layer on the surface of the eye, which is only gradually removed by blinking. VISMED® therefore combines a long-lasting effect with maximum comfort. VISMED® is excellently tolerated due to its special composition. VISMED® is free from preservatives.

How to use

Unscrew the cap from the single-dose container. Unless otherwise recommended, instil 1 - 2 drops of VISMED® into the conjunctival sac as required. The solution is distributed by blinking and forms a transparent and durable layer of liquid on the surface of the eye. VISMED® can also be used while wearing hard or soft contact lenses.

Ingredients

1 ml hypotonic solution contains 1.8 mg hyaluronic acid, sodium salt as well as sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, water for injection.

Notes

Do not touch the drip opening of the ampoule and do not bring it into contact with the eye. Do not use damaged ampoules of VISMED®. As VISMED® does not contain any preservatives, leftover solution should not be used.

Store between 2°C and 25°C! Do not use after the expiry date. If your symptoms persist while using VISMED® or recur after discontinuing VISMED®, you should seek medical treatment. Keep out of the reach of children.
