The active ingredients are concentrated using the gentle dispersion process and fibre is removed. The essential oils contained have a calming effect.Indications:For sedation (calming) in general nervous conditions such as difficulty falling asleep due to nervousness and general states of agitation.Route of administration:Take the coated tablets unchewed with a little liquid.Dosage:Unless otherwise prescribed, follow the dosage exactly1-2 times daily.1 coated tablet for sleep disorders: 1-2 coated tablets before going to bed.Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to valerianPregnancy and breastfeeding:Adverse effects have not been observed with valerian preparations taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding.For reasons of general caution, however, the medicine should not be taken during the first 3 months of pregnancy.Side effects:Gastrointestinal complaints or allergic reactions of the skin (itching, rash) cannot be ruled out in rare cases.Interactions:The simultaneous intake with other sedatives or sleeping pills should be avoided.
