Vagisan® Moisturising Cream, 50 G

Hormone-free cream against vaginal dryness

In contrast to an aqueous preparation (gel), Vagisan Moisturising Cream is a cream. In addition to a high water content, creams always have a moisturising fat content.

The white, smooth cream is free from hormones (oestrogens) and can therefore also be used together with hormone replacement therapy or alternating with vaginal creams or suppositories containing hormones (oestrogens). Thanks to the addition of lactic acid, the cream is adjusted to a pH value of 4.5 - Vagisan Moisturising Cream thus supports the maintenance of a natural acidity level (pH) in the vagina.

Regular use of Vagisan Moisturising Cream can help to prevent irritation and inflammation in the vagina and external genital area caused by dryness.

Vagisan Moisturising Cream can be used before intimate intercourse. The cream does not affect sperm motility and can therefore also be used if you wish to have children.

How to use

• Vagisan Moisturising Cream is suitable for use in the vagina (application with applicator) and in the external genital area.
• For use in the vagina, insert half an applicator filling of the cream into the vagina, preferably before going to bed.
• The cream should be applied daily. Once the symptoms have improved, the frequency of application can be reduced as required.
• It is recommended to wear a panty liner during application.
• Vagisan Moisturising Cream can be applied directly to the external genital area and vaginal entrance several times a day as required.
• Vagisan Moisturising Cream can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding and, if necessary, before intimate intercourse in the event of vaginal dryness.
