Directions for use

• Adults: Take one tablet daily with sufficient liquid. 
• Important: If you have any concerns or questions, are pregnant, breastfeeding and/or taking this product alongside other dietary supplements or medicines, consult your doctor before taking this dietary supplement. People with kidney problems, elevated calcium levels (in the blood or urine) or a tendency to develop kidney stones should consult their doctor before taking vitamin D supplements. Do not take any other dietary supplements or medicines containing vitamin D at the same time.
