VAXOL® ear spray, 10 ml

VAXOL® Ear Spray is a medical device for relieving irritation in the external auditory canal and for the natural removal of earwax. Reduces itching and protects against dry skin.

Properties

• Helps remove excess earwax and can protect your ears from earwax plugs
• Protects the ears from infection by forming a protective barrier against the effects of bacteria and fungi
• To relieve irritation in the external auditory canal

Who is VAXOL® suitable for?

• For children from 1 year of age: Due to the specific structure of the external auditory canal, the lack of chewing movements or the immaturity of the skin in infants, it may be advisable to support the self-cleaning of the external auditory canal to prevent the formation of earwax plugs.
• For young and older adults: The use of cotton buds for ear cleaning is not recommended. These can compress the earwax and push it even deeper into the ear canal in front of the eardrum.
• For hearing aid wearers: Wearing in-ear headphones and hearing aids can cause earwax plugs to form and press against the eardrum. Excess earwax can cause the hearing aid to not fit properly or be impaired in its function. Excess earwax can lead to the hearing aid not fitting properly or its function being impaired
  
• For water sports enthusiasts: When swimming, bathing, diving: water and moisture in the ear canal provide a favourable environment for bacteria and fungi and can lead to inflammation (so-called swimming pool otitis). Olive oil can protect the skin from drying out.

How to use

1. Carefully pull the ear upwards and backwards with one hand.
2. Press the spray head completely down into the ear canal 1-2 times.
3. Then carefully massage your ear in the area of the opening (the tragus).

Instructions: Warm in your hand and shake well before use. Use 1-2 times a week to prevent cerumen formation. Use VAXOL® after removing headphone earplugs or hearing aids that are worn in the ear (so-called "in-ear") (ideally overnight).
