Directions for use

• Apply Tiroler Nussöl generously before sun exposure, as small amounts reduce the level of sun protection. Reapply, particularly after being in the water.
• Notes: Repeated application does not extend the duration of protection. Avoid intense midday sun and prolonged sunbathing; any sunburn damages the skin. Even sunscreens with a high sun protection factor do not offer complete protection against UV rays. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight. Use high sun protection factors (SPF > 25) and protective clothing. Avoid contact with the eyes. Shake before use. May stain fabrics.
