Directions for use

Apply Tyrolean nut oil generously before sun exposure, as using too little reduces the level of sun protection. Reapply, particularly after being in the water. Repeated application does not increase the duration of protection. Avoid intense midday sun and prolonged sunbathing; every sunburn damages the skin. Even sunscreens with a high sun protection factor do not offer complete protection against UV rays. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight. Use high sun protection factors (SPF > 25) and protective clothing. Avoid contact with the eyes. Shake before use. May stain fabrics.
