After the hair transplant, the right care determines whether the hair grows well. Regular application of Thymuskin Hydro Gel creates a moisturised environment so that scab formation on the scalp is prevented as far as possible. This has a positive effect on the healing process. This promotes the growth of the transplanted units. Thymuskin Hydro Gel also has a soothing effect on the skin.
The patented active ingredient complex GKL-02 contained in Thymuskin consists of animal-free thymus peptides.
The biological activity of Thymuskin is particularly evident in the activation of hair cells (keratinocytes), which have a decisive influence on hair growth. Hair formation is stimulated.
Witch hazel and allantoin also have antipruritic, antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
The basis for good growth
Scab formation is part of the healing process. However, the grafts must be able to absorb oxygen again a few days after transplantation. The use of moisturising scalp care after wound closure reduces or even completely prevents the formation of scabs and scars. It is also important to have a soothing effect on this area and to wash the donor area as well as the recipient area from day 3 after the transplant with a mild and pH-value skin-friendly shampoo. This protects the scalp skin from drying out.
Suitable for sensitive skin
The product Thymuskin Hydro Gel passed the dermatological test on humans carried out by the Dermatest research institute under medical supervision with "very good". No toxic-irritant intolerances occurred in the test for irritant effects on sensitive skin according to international guidelines.

Application
- In consultation with the transplant surgeon, use after wound closure, from the 3rd day after the hair transplant.
- Thymuskin Hydro Gel is applied several times a day, as required, to the affected areas and the rest of the scalp or carefully dabbed on with the fingertips.
- The transplanted area (recipient area) in particular should be kept moisturised with Thymuskin Hydro Gel in order to optimally prevent scab formation.
- Combine the Thymuskin Hydro Gel with the Thymuskin Classic Shampoo from day 3 after the hair transplant. Genetic hair loss continues even after hair transplantation.
- To ensure good results, we recommend long-term use of Thymuskin Classic Shampoo and Serum afterwards.
