Directions
- 3 x daily 1-2 capsules with each meal with plenty of liquid, unless otherwise recommended. Do not open the capsule, as the powder should only be taken encapsulated.
- Advice: NOT suitable for people taking H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors, as these block gastric acid production, or if gastric and duodenal ulcers are suspected. NOT suitable for people who are allergic to products derived from pigs. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medication should only take food supplements after consulting a doctor.
