Directions for use
Slowly add ThickenUP® to the drink or pureed food while stirring constantly. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved. The desired thickening is achieved after a short time. If using an electric mixer: mix briefly at low speed.
Drinks (water, juice, tea, coffee), soups, sauces and pureed food can be thickened to any desired consistency.
Dosage:
- IDDSI level 1: ½ level tablespoon (*1 level tablespoon = 4.5g) per 100ml (drinks)
- IDDSI level 2: 1 level tablespoon per 100ml
- IDDSI level 3: 2 level tablespoons per 100ml
- IDDSI level 4: 3 level tablespoons per 100 ml
